2018 marks the site's 6th year of population! With over 35 cafe's, stores, services, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Chemist Warehouse and a thriving health and medical offering, Polaris 3083 is a landmark shopping destination and desirable residential haven.Childcare is soon to commence operation from the site and construction is set to commence later in 2018 on Lunar apartments and townhouses & Eclipse heritage apartments and townhouses - marking the development of the northern tip of the site.
