Global Hospitality company, Hilton, will  be bringing their Hilton Garden Inn brand to Melbourne’s northern suburbs, after striking a deal with Melbourne private developer Dealcorp.

The Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora will form part of the landmark Polaris 3083 development, only 14km north of Melbourne’s CBD.

The new Bundoora hotel will sit within the 10.5-hectare master-planned DealCorp development incorporating parklands, a modern dining and retail precinct and low-rise residential space.

Alongside its 168 rooms, Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora will include an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a fitness centre and 127 sq m of event space. Mr Kobritz said he was glad to be able to bring the Hilton brand to Melbourne’s north.

“The hotel will serve the adjoining La Trobe University and the growing corporate and residential markets in the north.”
