Lunar Apartments
Builder Goliath is progressing well onsite with the concrete structure works now complete and the building reaching level three. The top level wall framing is underway and roof trusses aim to be installed at the end of the month. Works on the lower levels include wall framing and building services rough-in. The anticipated plan for the remainder of Autumn include work taking place to the lower levels and the façade installation.
Given the recent impacts to all industries, DealCorp foresees construction completion occurring in Q4 2020.
Lunar Townhouses
Goliath Construction is working steadily onsite, with all concrete slabs now poured for all townhouses. This milestone has allowed the builder to progress to the wall framing stage which has taken place on the ground floor and level one and is expected to be complete across site throughout May. The truss, roofing and window installation has commenced on select Townhouses and will continue to be rolled out across all Townhouses. Internally, building services roughin has commenced and will continue throughout Autumn.
We have experienced further minor delays due to inclement weather. Dealcorp foresees construction completion occurring in Q4 2020.
Eclipse Heritage Apartments
DealCorp are pleased to share an exciting milestone – all of the propping and demolition
works are now complete at Eclipse Apartments! Additional footings have been poured and the external brick restoration works are now complete. Scaffolding has been wrapped around the external building. At the start of May the windows will start to be delivered to site and installed, allowing for a lockable structure.

Eclipse Townhouses
Stage 2
DealCorp are pleased to share that construction at Eclipse Townhouses are progressing well, as individual concrete slabs continue to be poured, in addition to plumbing works occuring across the site. Wall frames are in production and we anticipate them arrving on site and being installed during May.

Stage 3
DealCorp is thrilled to announce that builder Edgepoint Homes is appointed on Eclipse Stage Three Townhouses. Edgepoint Homes are well experienced in the construction of high quality homes in Melbourne and are committed to delivering an outstanding end product at Eclipse.
The deep civil works are now complete onsite, with design development underway as DealCorp work toward receiving a building permit. Once this milestone is reached, Edgepoint will be onsite and construction above ground will formally commence.
