Autumn 2018 Update
2018 marks the site's 6th year of population! With over 35 cafe's, stores, services, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Chemist Warehouse and a thriving health and medical offering, Polaris 3083 is a landmark shopping destination and desirable residential haven. Childcare is soon to commence operation from the site and construction is set to commence later in 2018 on Lunar apartments and townhouses & Eclipse heritage apartments and townhouses - marking the development of the northern tip of the site.
Community Minded at Polaris
Polaris 3083 is the inner, north’s largest master planned precinct that proudly supports the local community. Last month, as part of our community centred approach we partnered with La Trobe University and Northern Combine Cycling to help bring not one, but two vibrant, local community events to life.

Polaris 3083 is a vision which has transformed into a reality. Following a 10 year plan, Polaris 3083 is a dynamic mixed use site which boasts a thriving Town Centre, over 250 apartments and townhouses, has a medical centre, childcare centre under construction and much more to come in 2017!
